It is common for external companies to work with multiple people in your organization. These people often cannot be imported in advance, so they need to be created manually.
From portier Vision 4 onwards, this is considerably easier.
How do you proceed?
You create the first person from the external company with all their data.

Then you copy this record using the COPY symbol and only change Name -1- (surname) and Name -2- (first name), plus the mobile number and email address if needed.
Because all other data is already filled in:

Note: Only the master data is copied: the address, contact details and organisational fields such as department, area and cost centre. Keys, access and authorisations are not copied. You assign these separately for the new person.
