The portier Vision Companion is installed together with portier Vision 5. There is no separate download for it on this page. You start it from portier Vision, under Anlagenimport (XML) or Personaldatenimport. The menu and screen labels quoted here are the German ones.
You need the Companion for the database configuration and for both imports of the demo data below.
Would you like to test portier Vision with sample data? The file contains a demo locking system and demo personnel data. The sample data is in German.
Both imports run in the portier Vision Companion, not in portier Vision. Import the locking system under Importieren with the portier XML Import card, and the personnel data under Importieren with Personal-CSV. The step by step instructions are in the import guides on this help center.

Unzip the downloaded file and copy the contents into the portier Vision installation folder. On the next program start, portier Vision will prompt you to import the included reports.
Note: If you use customised reports, back them up before importing. Existing reports with the same name will be overwritten during the import.
